DESCRIPTION

As a Product Delivery Manager at Nexar, your mission is to steer projects to success through a fine combination of technical acumen, sound judgment, resourcefulness, and outstanding communication skills.

You’ll be responsible for enabling strong coordination between different teams and stakeholders, to deliver excellence to our customers and partners. You will manage a set of delivery projects (customer-oriented, internal, and of improvement) making sure that they follow project management best practices and that the promised results are delivered with the maximum quality, on time, and on budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor project execution in terms of timeline and budget

• Follow and manage project timelines, identifying implementation risks and working on solutions

• Prepare and submit project reports

• Handle quality and other KPIs specific to the project and make sure they are met by the team working on it

• Manage the communication with customer counterpart teams

• Plan and oversee project integrations, deliverables, and audits

REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills & qualifications 

• Bachelor's or/and a Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering

• Excellent MS Office/GSuite skills (mainly MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Excellent Data Analytics skills and experience with SQL-based tools

• 3+ years experience as a project manager for tech products, ideally in business-to-business settings

• 3+ years experience in tracking costs and working closely with finance teams for reporting

• Proficiency in interacting with all levels of the customer/partner organization, including technical and executive stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools and eagerness to employ them to deliver with quality and speed

• Excellent English skills (both written and oral)
