DESCRIPTION
As Office Manager & HR Generalist, your mission is to provide the best at-work experience to Nexar’s employees. You also welcome partners, clients, prospects, and visitors from around the world with the utmost care and professionalism.
As a hands-on, operational professional, you provide general administrative support to other areas, such as HR, Ops, or Finance, as needed. Ad-hoc missions within these departments’ scope might find their way to you, so this is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of hi-tech at large.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and elevate the workspace
Take full ownership of our impressive Tel Aviv office, ensuring it is not just pleasant and functional, but also inspires innovation and cohesion
Execute all office administrative duties with a proactive, trustworthy approach, including handling mail and packages, document management, running errands, and sorting emails, among others
Be the go-to person for addressing all kinds of employee queries, showcasing independence, discipline, and resourcefulness daily

Strategic procurement and inventory management
Collaboratively and proactively work with Ops and Finance to purchase materials, select suppliers, and oversee inventory, among other support tasks
Manage suppliers, including invoice control for services such as catering, parking, and IT services, among others, always with an eye on optimization, and efficiency

People ops
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all documentation complies with local labor laws and company procedures
Manage local employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, etc.
Own onboarding and offboarding tasks, providing a seamless and positive transition for employees entering and exiting the company

REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills & qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an office management role within the tech industry
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with meticulous care, accuracy, and professionalism - your track record shows your ability to establish, meet, and negotiate deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organisational skills - your closet is color coded and your Xmas shopping is done by November :)
- Basic understanding and practical experience with Israeli labor law
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and able to adapt to new technologies quickly
- Proficient in using HiBob, or near identical tools, and able to implement new flows and automation as needed
- Excellent skills in all aspects of written and verbal communication, in Hebrew and English
